Children

IMPORTANT NOTE: much of our children’s ministry activities are on hiatus during the pandemic. Jacob Perez, our Youth Education Partner holds weekly “Worship and Wonder” sessions with our children each Sunday after worship — please email our minister, Pastor Leslie, if you’d like to have your child participate in these sessions! 

FCC has created a loving and nurturing ministry for children and youth of all ages. We reach out to all children and help them take their next steps in faith.

Children's Worship & Wonder - ages 4 through 4th grade

During our Sunday worship service, children ages 4 through 4th grade are invited to participate in Worship & Wonder – a specially developed worship experience created for young children. In Worship & Wonder children learn about God as they experience God. They hear Bible stories in a way that allows them to enter into the stories and form responses out of their own life experiences.  Children attend the beginning of our worship service with their family, and then leave quietly to meet one of our Worship & Wonder leaders at the back of the sanctuary. The group walks to the Worship & Wonder room located in the same building as the sanctuary.
