David is an ordained Lutheran (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America -- they are Open and Affirming) Pastor who has served in “regular call” congregational ministries (WI and OH). He has directed social service agencies focused on AIDS/HIV; adoptions; mental health; and state public policy (MD, WI, ID).
