Our annual Congregational Meeting to vote on the church budget for 2016 will be held on January 24, at 11:15am after the service in the Sanctuary.  Also at this meeting with be an important update on the Widening Our Welcome campaign and renovation work.

A letter will be mailed to all members with the agenda.  An absentee ballot along with copies of the proposed budget will be included in the mailing for those unable to attend.

Please plan to attend this important meeting.  There will be an opportunity to learn how the budget was made and for each person to ask relevant questions.
